SCOPE OF WORK: 

Remove, Furnish and Install New: Countertops, Flooring, Vent Fan. Cut out and replace approx. 12 ” of 2 Separate rusted door frames. Replace (3) Troffer LED Lights. Replace InstaHot Water Heater, Bath Vent Fan & Install 8′ of Guttering over the South entrance Door. Paint the Interior with 1 color and coat of paint. Paint Exterior 1 coat same color as current (Grey Bottom, White Top & Blue & Red Stripe wrap all 4 sides.
