SCOPE OF WORK:

To remove the existing tub/shower faucet trim kit, (leave the valve body intact), the sheetrock immediately surrounding the tub/shower, cut the fiberglass tub and shower unit into small pieces and disconnect the existing drain. Set a new white fiberglass left hand drain shower base and connect to the existing under floor drain. Install tile Densglass tile backing board, finish ready for paint the exposed sheetrock, spot in the orange peel texture. Install Blue Subway tile and Blue flower tile accent (the premium tile as displayed in our showroom. Provide and install new shower only trim kit for you Peerless Faucet and reconnect the handheld shower head.
