Scope of Work
To demo the existing bathroom, relocate the proposed fixtures, install a replacement window into the existing jamb, tile the tub/shower and floor. Install vanity, sink top, sink faucet, sink light, exhaust fan and light, paint ceiling, door, trim and walls inside the bathroom.
