Scope: Remove the existing sink light fixtures, sink top, faucets, whirlpool tub, shower, ceramic tile walls and flooring, remove the existing wall between the tub & shower, faucets, open the sub floor to relocate the water and drains. Build new concrete shower base, install shower faucet, set free standing jetted tub and faucet, install sheetrock to patch wall and ceiling, finish the room ready for paint. Install ceramic tile shower walls, ceramic tile, electric heated floor, ceramic floor. Set new sink top, sink faucets, hang mirrors, light fixtures, set toilet, towel bar, toilet paper holder, prep ready for paint.
