Quail Ridge Basement Finish Project
Scope of Work
FINISH SELECTED AREAS OF THE BASEMENT to include
Installing New: Carpet on the Stairway leading to the Basement; Build Hallway; Build
Bedroom; Build Kitchenette and Bathroom, all with LVT Flooring, which includes
Jackhammering floor to run plumbing; Bathroom to have a 6′ x 6′ all Tile Walk-In Shower
with new Shower Valve, Showerhead, Bench Seat, Accent Stripe & Shampoo Niche; Stool,
Vanity, Top & Faucet; Mirror, Vent Fan LVT Flooring. We will run Electric outlets and
switches to code in the finished areas. We will Sheetrock Walls and Ceilings to the
aforementioned areas and Install doors: Between Stairway & unfinished area, to the
Bedroom, to the Bathroom and to the Kitchenette. We will wire the Kitchenette to code.
