Davidson Master Bath Remodel

This master bathroom remodel includes the removal of the existing shower, toilet, vanity and sink top (to be salvaged and reinstalled), faucet, subfloor, and baseboard, while preserving the existing tile and wallboard outside of the shower area. The project will involve installing a new 34″ x 60″ white fiberglass shower base, updated faucet with handheld shower head, a built-in box bench seat, and new ceramic wall tile within the shower. A new 3/4″ plywood subfloor will be installed along with tile backer and ceramic tile flooring. The toilet will be reset, and the vanity, sink top, and new faucet will be reinstalled. Finishing work includes reinstalling baseboards, painting the bathroom walls, and installing a new bypass shower door with standard clear glass for a clean, updated look.
